Payment information

Payments are processed securely through our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store your card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials on our servers. Razorpay handles all payment data in accordance with applicable payment-security standards.

• To create and manage your account, and verify your identity through one-time passwords (OTP).
• To process, fulfil, and deliver your orders, and generate invoices.
• To send you transactional updates about your orders (confirmation, packing, shipping, delivery) via notifications and email.
• To provide customer support and respond to your queries.
• To improve our products, services, and the overall app experience.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, or technical problems.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only when necessary, and only with trusted parties:

• Payment processors (Razorpay) — to securely process your payments.
• Delivery and logistics partners — to deliver your orders to your address.
• Service providers — such as cloud hosting, notification, and email services that help us operate the Platform.
• Legal authorities — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

Our Platform is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
