Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

3. Products and Pricing

• We sell agricultural products including fertilisers, pesticides, fungicides, and related items intended for agricultural use.
• Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• While we make every effort to display accurate information, errors in pricing or descriptions may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel orders affected by them.
• All applicable products should be used strictly in accordance with their instructions and relevant agricultural guidelines.

4. Orders and Payments

• When you place an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment is received and verified.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You agree to provide valid payment details and authorise the charge for your order total.
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.
• If a payment fails or remains pending, the order will not be confirmed, and any reserved stock may be released. No amount is charged for unconfirmed orders.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver your orders within the estimated timeframes shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, availability, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• All orders are final. Once payment has been successfully completed, an order cannot be cancelled and the amount paid is non-refundable.
• We encourage you to review your cart, delivery address, and contact details carefully before completing payment.
• In the rare event that an order cannot be fulfilled by us (for example, due to stock unavailability or a confirmed pricing error on our part), we will inform you and process an appropriate refund to your original payment method.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with the Platform’s operation.
• Misuse, resell, or redistribute products in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code or content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and product images, is the property of Rocky Shakti Agro Science or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocky Shakti Agro Science shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or products, including improper use of agricultural products contrary to their instructions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
